These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the php444 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wagers. By creating an account, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By registering an account with php444 or by continuing to use the Platform after any amendments to these Terms have been published, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including all supplementary policies incorporated by reference herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 These Terms form the entire agreement between You and php444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings of any kind between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof.
2.3 If you are accessing php444 on behalf of another individual, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that individual to these Terms and that you accept responsibility for their compliance.
2.4 php444 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 15 (Amendments). Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use php444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

3.3 php444 reserves the right to request updated or additional identification documents at any time where there is reason to believe a Player's identity, age, or eligibility requires further verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawal requests pending investigation.
4.1 Each eligible Player is permitted to maintain a single registered account with php444. The registration, operation, or use of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether through different email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR.
4.2 When registering your php444 account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You further agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any details change.
4.3 php444 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in the immediate termination of both accounts involved.
4.4 By registering a php444 account, you acknowledge that php444 may conduct electronic identity checks and credit reference enquiries using the information you provide, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection legislation.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your php444 account login credentials, including your registered email address, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. php444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account as an additional security measure.
5.2 You agree to notify php444 immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to or use of your account. php444 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access that results from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials or to notify us promptly of a suspected breach.
5.3 php444 will never ask you to disclose your account password through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5.4 php444 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all platform communications and applies real-time session monitoring to detect and flag unusual login activity. However, you acknowledge that no online security system is completely infallible and that you accept a residual level of risk in using the Platform.
All deposits to your php444 account are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). php444 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet, subject to the minimum deposit amounts and processing times applicable to each payment method as published on the Platform. Deposit limits are subject to change without prior notice.
php444 does not accept deposits originating from third-party accounts that do not match the name on your registered php444 account. Any deposit identified as originating from a mismatched source may be reversed and the originating account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent verified deposit where operationally feasible. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed KYC verification will not have withdrawal requests processed until satisfactory identification is provided.
php444 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) Business Day. php444 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
php444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Processing of such requests may take up to five (5) Business Days while due diligence procedures are completed.
All transactions on php444 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). php444 does not currently charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside php444's control and for which php444 accepts no liability.
7.1 All Games offered on php444 are subject to the specific rules applicable to that Game type as published within the Game interface or in associated documentation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a Game, the specific Game rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, financial, and eligibility matters.
7.2 php444 operates RNG-based games sourced exclusively from internationally certified studios whose Random Number Generators have been independently tested and certified. RTP (Return to Player) rates for all RNG titles are disclosed within the Game interface.
7.3 Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer in real time and are recorded by multiple camera angles. In the event of a technical fault during a live game session that prevents a valid result being determined, all wagers placed during the affected round shall be voided and stakes returned to Player balances.

7.5 php444 reserves the right to void any wager placed on the outcome of an event in which the Player has a personal or commercial interest that might reasonably affect the integrity of the wager.
8.1 php444 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time of the promotion and which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
8.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. php444 will clearly state the applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount) for each promotion.
8.3 php444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with or without notice where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of the applicable promotion terms. Any winnings derived from bonus abuse may be forfeited.
8.4 Players registered on the php444 self-exclusion program are not eligible to participate in promotional offers during the period of their exclusion.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the php444 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

Where such conduct is identified, php444 may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the offending account; withhold or void all outstanding balances and pending withdrawals; report the matter to PAGCOR or law enforcement; and pursue civil or criminal legal remedies as appropriate.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of participating in the Games and services offered thereon, in accordance with these Terms. 11.3 You shall not use the php444 name, logo, trade marks, or any confusingly similar variations thereof without the prior written consent of php444. Unauthorised use of php444 intellectual property may result in legal action.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php444's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.2 php444 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of gaming opportunity, or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, regardless of whether php444 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 php444 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, telecommunications failures, third-party service outages, or events of force majeure.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit php444's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 php444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued account operation would expose php444 or its Players to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
13.2 In the event of account termination for breach, php444 may withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation into the alleged breach. Where a breach is confirmed, php444 may forfeit the balance in its entirety and report the matter to PAGCOR or relevant authorities.
13.3 A Player may request closure of their php444 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method within ten (10) Business Days.
13.4 The following provisions of these Terms shall survive termination of your account: Sections 9 (Prohibited Conduct), 11 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Governing Law).
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 14.3 Where a dispute between You and php444 cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority. php444 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation into a player complaint.
14.4 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
15.1 php444 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect Player rights, financial obligations, or gameplay conditions — php444 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by publishing a notice on the Platform homepage and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to registered Players.
15.2 For non-material amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, php444 may update these Terms without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
15.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the php444 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3.
